Playful Kayan girl highlighted by the late afternoon sun. When I visit other cultures, the site of children playing is often the most heartfelt reminder of similarities we all share. In the Kayan culture, some of the women wear brass rings around their neck (as seen in this picture), and so this tribe is also known as the "long neck" tribe.
